Quite simply, Professional Wet Cleaning is the process of using water and specialized equipment and detergents to clean “dry clean only” garments.
* Professional wet clean washers use a computer to control the rotation of the cleaning drum in order to minimize agitation
while providing sufficient movement for effective garment cleaning. Wet clean washers are also equipped with a computer programmed detergent injection system, which allow the cleaner to specify the amount and type of wet clean detergent used for each load.

Although I got a few quotes, Alka was the only one who asked me for photos of the formal dress I needed dry-cleaned, which gave me more confidence that I wouldn’t be getting a huge surprise bill after the service actually took the dress. Although the white formal dress was second-hand with sweat and other stains from over a decade ago that would be much harder to clean, Alka exceeded my expectations with her skills and pride in her work. Even though initially, some of the stains wouldn’t go away, Alka persevered at no extra cost, committed to making the dress look brand new. In the end, the dress turned out better than I even hoped!
